ALBANY, N.Y. -- Well-known area chef Carmine Sprio is going back to Italian cuisine. This comes just nine months after he introduced the all-you-can-eat Brazilian grill concept in downtown Albany.
Sprio says he is switching back to a menu similar to his Central Avenue restaurant that closed in 2009.
Meanwhile, Brazilian steakhouse "Texas De Brazil" is set to open at Crossgates later this year. Another similar chain is also rumored to be on its way to our area.
