Authorities still waiting for toxicology results for Drue to come in

SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Prosecutors say they're still waiting for blood tests to come back to determine whether Dennis Drue will face any charges in connection to the Northway crash that killed two teens more than a month ago.

State Police say Drue was driving the car that hit the car carrying four high school students in December month. Shenendehowa High School students Chris Stewart and Deanna Rivers were killed in the crash. Two other passengers, Bailey Wind and Matt Hardy, suffered serious injuries.

Saratoga County's District Attorney says he doesn't expect the test results to come in the next 24 hours.
