HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. -- Hudson Falls police say they've received an overwhelming response to their plea for help in identifying 30,000 pieces of stolen jewelry they recovered.

Earlier this week, police asked people in Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties who were burglarized to look at the items that were stolen over the past five years. They're trying to place the stolen items with their proper owners.

Police arrested John Suddard II, of Fort Edward, in connection to the thefts.

Anyone who has an incident verification form of a previously filed police report can look at the items at a property identification viewing at Hudson Falls High School on January 9th.
