Four men charged with robbery and assault
TROY, N.Y. - Four men are behind bars, after Troy Police Patrol Officer Kyle Jones spotted the men trying to rob someone. It happened in the area of State Street and Fourth Street around 1:30 a.m. Friday.
Joseph Hart, 22, Gary Burke, 23, Lashawn Chapman, 21, and Byron Tilley-Chattoo, 21, had the victim on the ground. When they spotted Jones' patrol car, the men took off running.
All four men were arrested and charged with robbery and assault. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
