CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- National Grid is proposing changes to its delivery rates for electricity and natural gas services.
The state's Public Service Commission hearings begin Tuesday night in Schenectady to discuss the rate change. The Commission says the company is asking to collect nearly $130 million more in revenue over the next three years.
The PSC says this will be offset by the expiration of a surcharge and customer credits.
Other hearings are scheduled throughout the state through the end of January.
