GLENS FALLS, N.Y. -- In the Capital Region, the regional State of the State address will be delivered by New York State Canal Director Brian Stratton. He will speak at 3 p.m. today at the Crandall Library on Glen Street in Glens Falls.

Mayor Jack Diamond will be on hand as Stratton delivers the governor's message to residents.

In Cuomo's first two years in office, Cuomo has personally spoke on the State of the State address in several cities across the state, but cabinet members will speak instead.
