QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A 29-year-old Lewis County man is facing DWI charges for a fifth time.

Travis Queary of Croghan, was arrested early Monday morning after failing to keep right several times in Queensbury. He was pulled over on the northbound side of Route 9.

Officials said Queary failed his sobriety test with a BAC of .18 percent.

Police also said he's had four prior DWI convictions in the past 10 years. Queary will be arraigned in Queensbury Town Court.
