CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- Area Rite Aid pharmacies say they're stocked up with flu vaccines.

A district manager for Albany, Schenectady and Saratoga County stores says 4,000 doses were delivered Wednesday. This amounts to roughly 200 vaccines per store.

If all those flu shots are given, there are no guarantees they would be immediately replenished.
