Matthew Berry is charged with rape, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully dealing with a child. He's accused of meeting a child younger than 17 years old on the Internet, then making arrangements to meet in person near the child's home in Washington County.

Police say Berry gave the minor alcohol and they engaged in sexual contact. He then gave the child money, before driving the child home.

Berry was sent to the Warren County Jail. Police say additional charges are pending.
