Candlelight vigil for Lauren Tanski
COLONIE, N.Y. -- A candlelight vigil is being held in remembrance of the Colonie woman killed in New Orleans earlier this week.
Lauren Tanski, 27, was found brutally beaten in on Monday. Her family says she had only been there for two months, having moved there with friends to find a job.
Police arrested Henry Dolliole, 39, who admitted to them that he got into an argument Tanski and then killed her. Dolliole on probation for possession of heroin and according to police has a lengthy rap sheet. He is now charged with first degree murder.
The vigil for Tanski is being held at Dana Park, across from Susie's.
