ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany detectives arrested two city men who they say broke into a church and stole musical equipment.

Police say they were called to The Powerhouse City of Deliverance Church on Sheridan Avenue Sunday night.

They say Joshua Berrien, 22, and Joseph Rochford, 26, stole several musical instruments, microphones, and speakers belonging to the church's band.

Berrien is charged with burglary, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. Rochford is facing burglary and grand larceny charges. Both men were arraigned in the Albany City Criminal Court.

Meanwhile, police say all of the stolen items were recovered during the investigation.
