WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- The Hudson Valley Renegades will have a new manager to go along with their new look for the 2013 season.

The 'Gades announcing former Renegades hitting coach Michael Johns as the manager for the 2013 season.

Johns has been the coach of the Princeton Rays since the 2010 season and accumulated 99 career wins. That means he'll be looking for win number 100 at Dutchess Stadium this season.

Former Renegades Manager Jared Sandberg is taking a step up moving to Class A affiliate, the Bowling Green Hot Rods.

The Renegades open up the 2013 campaign on June 17th.
