SCHENECTADY COUNTY, N.Y. -- Glenville police arrest a Rotterdam man who they say sexually abused a 12-year-old girl. Police say the alleged abuse happened in late December of last year at the victim's home in Glenville.

Alexander Grandstaff, 20, was arrested and charged with Criminal Sex Act, Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Grandstaff was arraigned and sent to the Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $25, 000 cash bail or $50,000 bail bond.
