Police say 17-year-old Scott Bounds crashed into another car while pulling out of the Kmart on Dix Avenue.

When police showed up, they say they found the driver of the car he hit, 51-year-old Saralee Leblanc-Bublak, with a blood alcohol content registered .12, well over the legal limit.

The driver of the other vehicle suffered only minor injuries. He was ticketed.

Leblanc-Bublak was released and is due back in Town of Queensbury Court.
