UNITED STATES -- A Hudson Valley bakery owner made his third appearance on the Food Network.

Derek Corsino, a cake artist for 13 years, was a part of Team Sugar High on the new show called “The Sugar Dome.”

He's the owner of Corsino Cakes, a specialty cake shop on Main Street in the Village of Wappingers.

Corsino was teamed up with a chocolatier, a cake maker and a professional welder. The foursome was given the task of creating an edible cake that could move and portray the "Daredevil" theme they were given.

Team Sugar High designed a cake display that showed base jumping in a big city, complete with real fire coming out of the cake and a city made of chocolate.

In the end, Team Sugar High took home second place.

Corsino previously appeared twice on the Food Network Challenge in 2011.
