Police searching for bank robbery suspect
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Police in Saratoga are investigating a bank robbery that happened at Trustco Bank in the Congress Street Plaza.
Police received the call around 5:40 p.m. Monday. They say a man told a teller he had a gun, but police are unclear if he actually had one.
Witnesses last saw the suspect heading south on Hamilton Street.
The man, who is described as being 5-foot-9 or 5-foot-10, was wearing black sweat pants, a black zip-up hoodie and a black baseball hat.
