ALBANY, N.Y. -- As many wonder whether he'll run for another term as Albany mayor, Jerry Jennings outlines his vision for 2013 in his annual State of the City Address.

Choosing the backdrop of Kiernan Plaza for his address, he says the building is symbolic of the city's future. There's a Nanotech Incubator planned for the location.

During the speech, Jennings touted the city's economic success, but says there's still much to be done. He says he wants to continue the city's aggressive code enforcement to cut down on blight and continue to support Albany's community policing efforts.

The mayor also had special praise for those who call Albany home.

“Most of all, I am proud of the people of our great city. They are the reason we continue to be a great place to live, work and raise a family and any success we have achieved is directly a result of their commitment to our city,” Jennings said.

As Jennings discussed the city's future, many are still wondering about his. He hasn't announced whether he'll run again for mayor this year. He's been in office since 1994.
