GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. -- Gloversville Police have arrested an EMT they say inappropriately touched a woman in the back of an ambulance and police say this is not the first time.

Donald Frye, 44, behaved in this manner.

Police say the victim told police Frye touched her breasts and other parts of her body. Police say based on the victim's report, a 2011 case was reopened and Frye was charged with forcible touching. Police say that incident was reported last February outside the City of Gloversville.
