CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- Gas prices are rising. According to AAA gas prices in the Capital Region jumped as much as six cents last night, to $3.77 a gallon. Across New York, the state's average rose four cents overnight to $3.82 a gallon. Locally, a gallon of regular gas is up 15 cents since last week. AAA reports the national average is now up to $3.46 a gallon, up 13 cents since last week.
