AMSTERDAM, N.Y. -- An Amsterdam man charged with a double homicide has beenfound guilty.
Ivan Ramos was arrested last September for murdering William McDermott, 56, and Cheryl Goss, 46, in Amsterdam. They were found dead inside McDermott's apartment on Locust Avenue in March of 2012.
Ramos was convicted of two counts of first degree murder and two counts of third degree criminal possession of a weapon.
