COHOES, N.Y. -- The vacant Cohoes Armory building will be home to the Ravens Head Brewing Company.

Co-owner Brennan Cleary says an offer on the building was accepted Monday and the closing is expected on March 15th. Clearly says they are looking at about two months of renovations. They are hoping to be producing beer by October and have the brewery and restaurant up and running by the end of the year.
