GLENVILLE, N.Y. -- Friends and family gathered at Holiday at the Atrium in Glenville in support of little Collin Penn, a three-year-old boy with cancer from the Capital Region.

Collin was diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma this past Thanksgiving. Since then, he has been undergoing treatment at Albany Medical Center. He will now be traveling to the Boston Children's Hospital for more extensive treatment.

To help the family pay for the upcoming medical and travel expenses, members of the Thomas Corners Fire Department worked together to plan a pancake breakfast fundraiser.

Collin's grandfather Wayne Penn said, "Very nice of the Holiday at the Atrium to put this on. When they heard about Collin and his fight, they decided to put this on and raise some more money."

His grandfather says Collin is responding well to his treatments so far and is starting to feel better. Collin still has to make at least one more trip to Boston and will have surgery down the road.
