CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- Congressman Paul Tonko says he's hopeful the President will continue to create plans to support the middle class during his address.

"All driven by the principal that hard work will provide for a decent living. In the last couple of years, America has added 500,000 jobs to its manufacturing sector. That will continue if we work to advance the cause of job training, work force development to enable them to assume these jobs and to go forward," Tonko said.
