ALBANY, N.Y. --- Albany Police arrest one of their own after being called to an accident on South Main Avenue and Bancker Street.
According to police, Max Etienne crashed into a row of parked cars on South Main and tried to drive away.
Officers found Etienne close by and arrested him for DWI.
They also say he refused to take a breath and chemical test.
Officials say Etienne is a 10 year veteran and he's now suspended without pay.
Etienne is due to be arraigned on Tuesday.
Police say he may face more charges.
