Three charged in YMCA burglary

Three charged in YMCA burglary

ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany Police have announced the arrests of three men they say stole from the YMCA on North Pearl Street.

Luis Rivera, 23, Miguel Ocana, 19, and Mario Rivera, 25, are all facing burglary and petit larceny charges in the November 2011 robbery. Police say someone stole video game equipment and a television early in the morning on November 14th, 2011.

Ocana and Luis Rivera were both arrested last month and Mario Rivera was arrested on Monday.

Mario Rivera has also been charged in a separate 2012 burglary at a home on First Street.
