WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. – The Washington County District Attorney says Deana Olsen was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide that stems from an accident that killed a Queensbury woman who was walking along Route 4.

Terry Brownell was killed back in August of 2011. Police say she was walking ten feet from the road in the Town of Kingsbury.

Prosecutors say Olsen has also been ticketed for using an electronic handheld device.

Olsen's scheduled to be sentenced next month.
