SUNY students from across the state will rally in Albany. They're taking part in a rally called "SUNY Speaks up" in order to put pressure on lawmakers to support the SUNY system. YNN's Julie Chapman sat down with Kevin Rea, the President of the Student Assembly and member of the SUNY Board of Trustees to talk about the rally.
