TROY, N.Y. -- Troy police say it's just a matter of time before they make an arrest in what they are calling a major drug operation. Police raided the basement apartment of a 16th Street home on Wednesday. Police think this bust will put a major dent in local drug activity.

No one was home at the time of the search, but police tell us the apartment had a sophisticated video surveillance system.
