ALBANY, N.Y. -- Concertgoers were turned away Friday night at the Washington Avenue Armory due to a cease and desist from the city.
People arrived around 7 p.m. ready to enjoy the music, but were told the concert was postponed for a later date.
Concertgoers were upset the concert was cancelled, and some said they will not be coming back to the Armory anytime soon.
"I don't really think it's fair. This is the second time it's happened to me and I didn't get a refund for the last time I bought the tickets. I hope they give me one this time. Since this is the second time in a row this has happened to me, I'm not going to go to the Armory after this most definitely."
The Armory and the city must come to an agreement before the Armory can open its doors to concerts again.
This is not the first cease and desist against the Armory. One was issued back in October 2012.
