BETHLEHEM, N.Y. -- Bethlehem police arrested an Albany man for burglary, who they said was wanted for several charges in two other states.
Police said they arrested Nuke Jennings at a home on Mason Road in Delmar, after they responded to a call reporting a burglary in progress.
Officers saw evidence of a burglary and found Jennings inside the garage.
Further investigation showed Jennings was a fugitive in South Carolina and Colorado on multiple charges, including armed robbery.
Jennings was arraigned in Bethlehem Town Court and sent to the Albany County Correctional Facility.
He was charged with burglary, forgery, false personating, criminal mischief, and being a fugitive from justice.
