TROY, N.Y. -- Troy police released the name of the woman who died in Saturday night's fire.

Crews were called to 510 Fourth Street around 8 p.m.

Fire officials said when they first got to the scene, the smoke was so dense that firefighters had to pull out of the burning home.

When they finally got inside, they pulled a woman out of a bedroom.

Police said Lillie Pompey, 70, was taken to Samaritan Hospital in cardiac arrest, but died.

The American Red Cross also told us they're providing aid to two other people who lived in the building, but no injuries have been reported.

Officials are looking into the cause.
