MONTGOMERY COUNTY, N.Y. -- A four-year-old boy is killed after falling off a tractor in Canajoharie.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's office, the boy's uncle was driving the tractor when the accident happened.

The boy's uncle told investigators he was driving on South Buel Road when the boy lost his balance, fell, and was hit by the tire.

The boy was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies are not releasing the names of anyone involved.
