STATEWIDE -- The fight over where to put casinos continues, even though voters haven't given the state the okay yet.
Governor Cuomo wants an independent commission to make the decision. A group of Saratoga area lawmakers want to shed light on that process.
Assemblymen Tony Jordan, Jim Tedisco, and State Senator Kathy Marchione are unveiling legislation Monday.
They want to protect Saratoga's horse racing and gaming interests during Cuomo's sitting process.
Meanwhile, a recent poll suggested 54 percent of likely New York Voters would say yes to legalized gambling.
