WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- Warren County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Lake Luzerne man they say sexual assaulted 13-year-old girl.

Following an investigation with Warren County Child Protective Services, Michael Vittum Sr., 38, was arrested and charged with course of sexual conduct against a child. He was arraigned and sent to Warren County jail.
