NEW JERSEY -- The man who police say threatened to kill a Skidmore College student has waives extradition in a New Jersey court room.

According to Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy, police can pick up Lance Leonard within the next 90 days and bring him back to Saratoga County.

Leonard was arrested in Atlantic City, New Jersey last week. He is expected to be charged with coercion. The coercion charge carries a sentence of up to seven years prison.
