Man arrested for alleged sexual contact with 15-year-old boy
COLONIE, N.Y. -- Police arrested a Colonie man who they say made sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy who he met online. Carl Derush, 32, has been charged with criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Derush met the boy through an online website. According to investigators they met a few times prior to the alleged sexual incident on March 2nd. The boy waited a few days before he reported the incident to police.
Derush posted bail and is due back in court next week. Police are looking to see if anyone else was victimized by him.
