GLENS FALLS, N.Y. -- A judge has dropped the top charge against the Glens Falls woman accused of recklessly endangering her five-year-old son. The child was found dead back in November.

Jennie Mattison and her boyfriend, Brandon Warrington, were both arrested at the time.

According to the Warren County DA, the top charge was dropped against Mattison due to the judge not believing there was enough evidence to prove felony reckless endangerment.

Officials believe the child was killed by her boyfriend, Brandon Warrington. Warrington remains in jail on murder.
