TROY, N.Y. -- Police in Troy have made yet another arrest in connection with the murder of Takim Smith.

Police say Chawn Sheares, 16, turned himself in Friday evening. He has been charged with second degree murder, two counts of robbery and one count each of conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon.

Sheares is accused in the February 4th stabbing death of Takim Smith at the Corliss Park apartments. He is the seventh person arrested for the crime.
