ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany residents get to meet Mayor Jennings’ potential democratic primary challenger, as she continues a series of public forums citywide.

Treasurer Kathy Sheehan will host a forum at the Pine Hills Library Monday at 6 p.m.

She said she wants to hear the issues residents care about.

In November, Sheehan announced she'd take on the five term democrat Jennings.

The mayor has not said publicly whether or not he will seek reelection next year. He also has not given any indication that he plans to retire.
