COLUMBIA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Columbia County man is in jail, after police say he sexually abused a child.

Kenneth Shea, 58, was arrested after police say they received a report that he abused an eight-year-old child back in 2008. He's charged with felony sex abuse, and is being held at the Columbia County Jail for lack of bail.
