LATHAM, N.Y. -- Family and friends gather to remember Ashton Jojo, 11. Jojo was killed after being electrocuted on a miniature golf course in Florida while on vacation with her family in June.

Saturday, a benefit was held in her memory at Spare Time in Latham, where Jojo was a member of the Junior Bowling Program.

"This girl walked in here every Saturday morning with a great huge smile on her face, and just so full of life, and we needed to honor her family with an event like this," said Carol Judge, Spare Time Latham General Manager.

Fifty percent of the proceeds from the event went to the Jojo family.
