U.S. -- It is expected to bring in millions of dollars of revenue to New York State each year. After years of legal battles, a federal appeals court has struck down an injunction that blocks the state from collecting taxes on cigarettes sold to non-Indians on Native American land.

A spokesman for Governor Cuomo says the state will being enforcing the regulations immediately. The governor was counting on $130 million in revenue from this, as part of the state budget that was recently passed.

Seneca Nation tribal officials say they'll continue to fight against the "overreaching action by the state."
