SARATOGA RACE COURSE -- With the threat of hurricane Irene looming over the track, many are wondering if are they going to cancel Sunday's races.

NYRA says they will decide whether there will be live racing at the Saratoga Race course by the end of Saturday's live racing card.

YNN's own racing analyst says even though Sunday's meet could be in jeopardy, Saturday's will be a good one.

"Great betting race. What's the favorite gonna be? 5-2. 3-1. Somewhere in that range maybe. We have four horses that are trying to stake their claim for being the top three-year-old in the country," said Mike Kane.

NYRA President and CEO Charlie Hayward says Saturday will be a great day for racing, too.

"The weather's great. Ya know, there was a lot of discussion about the hurricane. But we knew today was going to be terrific. We'll worry about the weather tomorrow," Hayward said.
