More sex abuse charges for Rabbi
CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- More charges have been filed against an area Rabbi accused of sex abuse.
Rabbi Yaakov Weiss, from Loudonville, has been charged with sexually abusing another 13-year-old boy. Albany Police say latest charges stem from the same alleged incident that occurred in June on Whitehall Road in Albany.
Weiss was arrested on September 30th after a lengthy investigation.

Weiss is Rabbi of Chabad Colonie and is best known for fighting with Colonie Center Mall over it not having a Menorah.
Weiss had been out on bail from the previous charges and was re-arrested and arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court.
In a statement from Rabbi Weiss, he says the accusations are completely untrue and says someone is trying to retaliate against him.
