ALBANY, N.Y. -- There's new information in the case against Joe Bruno as lawyers from both sides submit witness lists.

The former Senate majority leader is accused of improperly using his position in the Senate to make millions of dollars. He's accused of entering into business relationships with companies that were pursuing interests in legislation and then failing to disclose the potential conflicts of interest.

We now know that federal prosecutors plan to call 103 witnesses, including business associates, former aides, lawmakers and reporters. Defense attorneys are expected to call 119 people to testify.

On Monday, attorneys from both sides of the case filed their latest documents with the court in anticipation of the upcoming trial, which is scheduled to begin Nov. 2.
