Legal Eagle: Adrian Thomas trial
The defense ramped up its case this week in the Adrian Thomas trial. Thomas is accused of killing his four-month-old son by repeatedly throwing him down on a mattress. He took the stand in his own defense telling the court that he only confessed because he was sleep deprived and wanted police to end their interrogation, but jurors must also make sense out of conflicting testimony from medical experts on both sides. Here to help break it all down is our Legal Eagle, Paul DerOhannesian.
