TROY, N.Y. -- Troy Police make an arrest in a shooting that left one man in the hospital Saturday night. Police were called to the corner of Third Street and Jackson Street just before midnight for shots fired.
A 24-year-old man was shot multiple times and was taken to Albany Medical Center. His condition is unknown.
Rashod Dorsey, 24, of Schenectady was seen leaving the area in a car and was later arrested. He was arraigned Sunday, charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Dorsey is being held at Rensselaer County Jail without bail.
