Local investment firm CEO charged with felony securities fraud
ALBANY, N.Y. -- The CEO of an Albany based investment firm has been accused of selling fraudulent securities to investors across the country.
Christopher Bass appeared before a judge Monday and is being held for a bail hearing Wednesday. His alleged scheme was carried out under the business names Revisco Finanz and Swiss Capital Harbor and involved more than 200 clients who invested more than $5.5 million.
