ALBANY, N.Y. -- Employees of The Plastic Surgery Group of Albany are sentenced after pleading guilty back in August to administering an unapproved Botox substitute to some patients.
Doctors William De Luca Jr., Douglas Hargrave, Jeffrey Rockmore, Steven Lynch and John Noonan were sentenced to probation with community service and must pay restitution of more than $106,000 and a fine of $5,000.
Additionally, practice administrator Peter Slattery and supervisory nurse Susan Knott were also sentenced and ordered to pay the same restitution, plus smaller fines of $1,000 and $500 respectively.
The company itself will pay restitution of more than $106,000, and a fine of $200,000.
None of the defendants will face jail time.
