COLONIE, N.Y. -- Colonie Police are investigating a fatal car crash that happened Saturday night at the intersection of Oak Street and Washington Avenue.
Police say Bryan Cross, 23, of Colonie, had severe internal injuries and was taken to Albany Medical Center, where he later died.
The driver of the other car, Russell Frost, 24, was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs. Frost was not hurt in the crash.
Police say it's possible he could face more charges as the investigation continues.
